Hi, I’m Rhiannah, the founder, baker and cocktail creator behind the creations at PatisseRhi.

My journey with baking started as a childhood passion – the smell of fresh cookies in the oven and the joy of decorating each cake to perfection was something that always made me smile.

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills, transforming simple ingredients into show-stopping cakes, elegant pastries, and treats that taste just as amazing as they look.

My love of cocktails has been a recent development. but I discovered you can be just as creative with a coctailk as you can with a bake.

After pairing the two Pattisserhi was founded. Since then I have enjoyed creating and paring both cakes and cocktails for many clients.
